The Wheatsheaf Hotel was a fantastic stay. Peter and Doreen were incredibly hospitable and friendly. The rooms were clean, tidy, spacious, and had everything I needed. The shower was fabulous and the beds were very comfortable. Plus, the Guinness was the best I've had in a long time. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here because it's within walking distance to a show I was attending at the Regency Theatre. Peter and Doreen were kind enough to let me park my motorbike in their back garden area. The place was very welcoming and my room was spotless after a recent refurbishment. I would definitely stay here again, especially with the friendly locals at the bar and great beer selection.

I always make sure to stop by this lovely pub when visiting friends. The landlords and landlady are very friendly and there's a lovely big fire going.

The pub has a warm and friendly atmosphere, is wheelchair accessible, with very clean toilets. It's easy to get to whether by taxi or car, with ample parking.

The place is secure with good staff, well-maintained, and parking available. Prices may be a bit high, but the management is friendly and the place is clean and reasonable. It's recommended for a stay with family and friends, especially with good food available.
